French PM announces support for fire-damaged villages after jeers from residents

The French government has approved a special budget worth 12 million euros to help towns affected by the recent wildfires in the country's south. Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced a raft of other support measures including tax breaks for companies affected by the calamity.
