An Ebola treatment tent is set ablaze again in eastern Congo with 18 suspected cases escaping

A tent used for Ebola treatment in eastern Congo has been set on fire for the second time this week. Eighteen people suspected of infection escaped, according to a local hospital director. Unidentified individuals set fire to a tent in Mongbwalu on Friday night. The tent was set up by Doctors Without Borders for suspected and confirmed Ebola cases. On Thursday, another treatment center in Rwampara was burned down. Authorities in northeastern Congo have banned funeral wakes and gatherings of more than 50 people to curb the virus's spread. The World Health Organization says the outbreak now poses a "very high" risk for Congo.
